ELDORA – For those who have been gearing up for their annual scares and screams, the wait will have to continue until 2021, as the Eldora Rotary Club’s Haunted Hospital will not be open this year, due to COVID-19.
“We started off in 2012 and were excited with around 100 guests per night,” said Rotarian Marc Anderson. “The past four seasons we averaged over 500 guests per night.”
The Haunted Hospital is a non-profit entity, with annual donations going to local city and school groups. Since 2012, they have raised right at $100,000, Anderson said.
