PUBLIC NOTICE
The Hardin County Zoning Board of Adjustment received an application for
a Conditional Use Permit regarding the establishment of a campground in
Section 27 of Pleasant Township. This would be a Conditional Use according
to Article X, Section 3.6 of the Hardin County Zoning Ordinance.
The proposed campground would be located approximately .5 miles east
of the parcel with the address of 26866 CO Hwy S55, New Providence, IA
50206. The parcel number is 872027400004. The property is zoned “Agri-
culture”.
