She completely renovated the house and turned it into a new business venture for her, first renting it out on June 2. A lot of amenities make this vacation rental special, but the primary reason it stands out from the rest is it is the only handicapped accessible rental around. There is a front entrance, king bedroom, full bathroom, dining area, and walk out deck that are all handicap accessible. Ogden has reasons close to home in her decision to make it accessible.
