South Hardin is one of four teams hosting the first two rounds of the first-ever North Iowa Cedar League volleyball tournament that begins today, Tuesday, Oct. 5 with final-round action on Thursday, Oct. 7.
The three NICL division champions from the East, Central and West are designated as hosts for the opening rounds of the tournament. The fourth host in the 16-team tournament is a rotating 2-seed, which this year comes from the East in Wapsie Valley. The East champion is Sumner-Fredericksburg, while Dike-New Hartford won the Central.
