Felony theft charge filed against woman

An Iowa Falls Woman is facing a quarter century behind bars and is being held on a bond of $25,000.
Brandy Jean Ogden, 32, is charged with a Class “B” felony for ongoing criminal conduct and an aggravated misdemeanor of theft - third degree.
Ogden was arrested last week on a bench warrant after an Iowa Falls grocery store contacted law enforcement about a pattern of ongoing theft with the woman allegedly failing to scan all items or using a lesser-priced bar code to trick the scanner.
Store security was able to provide dates and times and transaction amounts.
