A Familiar Favorite

In the adorable little town of New Providence, some very special people have been instrumental in keeping the Monday breakfast crowd sated and fully caffeinated.

Everybody knows the first thing to do upon entering the old New Providence Soda Fountain building is to head straight to the back to the omelet making station. It is there that patrons can choose the ingredients for their omelet, request a pancake and pass by a station with biscuits, gravy and little smokies.
