Driving back from an appointment with the dentist recently, I noticed test strips taken off in corn
fields along the way.
That drew my attention rapidly.
Having grown up in the country as our family farmed, that is one of the signs for me at least that
summer is on its way out the door, more so than some other seasonal changes.
