The grant was applied for
to aid the city’s Memorial
Park Trail project with the
goal of enhancing access for
the Iowa River Valley.
A multi-phase project
seeks to connect the Iowa
River to the upper areas of
Memorial Park. After com-
pletion of trail to the Iowa
River, next up is signage. A
goal is to provide access to
