A replacement has been announced for the Eldora Easter egg hunt.
Eldora Rotary confirmed Friday that the egg hunt will be replaced with a different activity.
“Rotary has decided that this year, and in subsequent years, we will concentrate on sponsoring an Easter Movie at the Grand Theatre in lieu of sponsoring an Easter Egg Hunt,” said Dave Rubow with Eldora Rotary. “The movie is traditionally scheduled the afternoon of the Saturday before Easter.”
"An egg hunt might still take place, if another group steps forward," said Rubow.
