ELDORA – Eldora resident, James Carrel Luman II of 1606 15th St., was arrested Jan. 30 and was facing prison time after an early hours incident where he allegedly beat his wife, Marci, sending her to the hospital.
After the Eldora Police Department responded to a 911 call, officers arrived at Luman’s home and charged him with willful injury causing serious injury – a class C felony, according to court documents. On Feb. 1, a no-contact order was also put in place.
