Students at Eldora-New Providence and Hubbard-Radcliffe will start their first week of a school on a Friday.
Approval was given for the school calendar by both boards with Aug. 23 set to be the first day of classes.
After that, students will head to a full week of school before seeing a three-day weekend with Labor Day as students ease back into the new year.
Homecoming is planned for Sept. 20 with Christmas Break running Monday, Dec. 23 through Friday, Jan. 3 for the kids.
