An effort to renovate a century-old Eldora building is continuing with the project scheduled to be finished next year.
Community Development Block Grant funding is helping with an effort to renovate the building at Washington and 14th Avenue.
The city was the grantee for the project with a construction grant of $368,701 with the developer Huigerich Construction, of Gretna, Nebraska, putting up $93,926 for the effort to provide residential units downtown.
