DIKE – After a scoreless first quarter, Dike-New Hartford sprinted ahead with 26 second-quarter points toward a 33-8 victory over South Hardin football at Dike-New Hartford High School on Friday.
The Tigers fell to 1-3 after losing the Class 1A District 3 opener. They return home to take on undefeated Aplington-Parkersburg on Friday.
Ryan Walters hauled in eight catches for 125 yards, with Josh Vander Wilt finishing 12-of-21 passing for 168 yards and a touchdown pass to Ethan Klendworth in the second half.
