Crash victims are #Aicherstrong

Two of the boys injured in a June 15 car accident are slowly healing, said mom Malynda Aicher. Brothers Jaice and Logan Aicher are still at Blank Children’s Hospital in Des Moines, but are making improvements.

“Jaice has been moved to a rehab center in the hospital. He is tolerating physical therapy and occupational therapy… he’s in a wheelchair now,” Malynda Aicher said. “He’s a critical care patient because of his sternum. We’re waiting to see if his body will heal itself.”
