ELDORA - The Eldora City Council was joined by City Administrator Aaron Budweg to review all 70 pages of the yearly budget in a special meeting Feb. 23. Budweg noted that to form a budget, historical data needs to be plugged in with formulas, accounting for the current wants and needs. This process involves the making of many difficult decisions.
“A budget is an educated historical guess,” Budweg said, adding that while you can’t be perfect, you just hope to get as close as possible.
