ELDORA - “Candy is childhood, the best and bright moments you wish could have lasted forever,” said Dylan Lauren, American entrepreneur and owner of the largest candy store in the world.
City council members do not want to deprive children from the joy of candy this Halloween. Beggar’s night will be 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31. A trunk or treat event is tentatively being planned, and the council approved a street closing to make this possible. A traditional trick or treating night of going door to door will be allowed as a choice for individuals to make.
