PARKERSBURG – AGWSR wrestling lost two duals against Wapsie Valley and Aplington-Parkersburg/Grundy Center at A-P High School on Tuesday, Dec. 21.
Wapsie won 63-18 and the hosts notched a 48-36 victory.
Cougar wrestlers Bo Gerbracht and Tate Miller won both their matches at 138 pounds and heavyweight, respectively.
A-P/GC jumped out to a 36-12 lead after eight weights, helped by two forfeit victories. The Falcons also had a 6-5 advantage in head-to-head matches - all 11 matches were decided by pinfall.
