HARDIN COUNTY – The Hardin County Compensation Board met Dec. 9 and recommended 9 percent pay increases for each of the county’s elected officers, and a 20 percent hike in pay for the county sheriff. The recommendations are not final, as the Hardin County Board of Supervisors must approve, and a date for that consideration has not yet been set.
