ELDORA - The Hardin County Community Endowment Foundation awarded Eldora projects with matching grant money this year.
Under the Environmental/Animal heading, the Hardin County Horse Council received $2,000 for their area shelter and announcer’s stand.
“We raised close to $13,000 for the project,” said Martha Steding, project chair. “The building itself was $10,000.”
