MARSHALLTOWN - BCLUW softball was the smallest school competing in the Bobcat Classic on the Marshalltown Community College campus over this past weekend, yet that didn’t stop the Comets from playing competitive against all four opponents faced this weekend.
“Overall, it was nice to face this good competition and hitting,” BCLUW coach Megan Yantis said. “Everyone was putting the ball in play, helping us get ready for the postseason. We hit the ball the way I know we’re capable of.”
