ELDORA - You can give another nod to the pandemic. Something called the American Rescue Program and Eldora are teaming up to address a long considered reconstruction of the city’s 11th Avenue.
The city is nearing the final approval on construction to completely rebuild 11th Avenue from the fairgrounds west to St. Paul Lutheran Church. The American Rescue program is helping to the tune of $300,000. The money comes in the form of a grant.
