ELDORA - Earlier this month, the Eldora City Council gave what’s become its routine blessing to an annual fall event. The city has, since 2011, been welcoming deer hunters who come in October and help the town keep a lid on an-always-prolific deer population. The hunt within the Eldora city limits is still one of a relative few conducted throughout Iowa.
