ELDORA - By the end of this year, 20 completed units will be ready at a the former hospital property, the Eldora City Council heard.
Work is going to be going hot and heavy in June.
By early fall, perhaps half of a dozen apartments could be ready.
Zoul Properties, LLC is developing the site after entering into a purchase agreement with the city late last year.
With some space, the company is looking at what options there might be, according to Zachary Zoul.
Council discussed the community desire for a place to have events.
