ELDORA – Hardin County Attorney Darrell Meyer who co-organized the first Constitution Day Observation was quite pleased with his event. “It came together so sweetly,” he smiled. “Everyone was so helpful and so willing. It was easy.”
A large crowd of spectators turned out on the north side of the courthouse Sept. 16 to watch what might be the start of an annual celebration. Meyer planned the event, along with Deb Crosser, who was in charge of logistics and getting everything lined up.
