ELDORA – In the fall of 2008, Emily Rose began work on her 4-H project. She had heard about a building that the Hardin County Fair Board wanted to fix up through Bob Mestdagh of Plastics Recycling, and decided to take on the project.
“The building just had a few old tables and animal droppings,” said Emily’s mom Becky Rose, who now runs the museum. “The Eldora Boy Scout troop helped her clean it up.”
