Broken teeth and crawly things

I went to the Hubbard Days parade to take photos and stood alone underneath a big leafed tree because rain was falling on and off. I must have looked official - or pathetic – because no one was throwing candy at me.

Near the end of the parade, a girl walking behind a dentistry float asked if I wanted a toothbrush, so I said sure, and she tossed one my way. The people in floats behind the toothbrush gal must have seen that I was accepting parade paraphernalia; so a few pieces of candy were thrown at me after that.
