On Being Relevant

I have a friend from California who told me that the Constitution was no longer relevant. A few days later I read an article by Rachel Reed in Harvard Law Today saying the same thing. They are both terribly wrong. Times may have changed but human nature has not. The Constitution is a design for a government that should limit legalized theft. The devolution of the relevancy of the Constitution is at the root of many problems that most people recognize today.
