CONRAD – The BCLUW School Board of Education met Aug. 17 and discussed their Return to Learn Plan. With guidance continually changing, the administration is working to send out information in a timely matter about the plan. One of the concerns is dealing with health protocols for both students and staff: Recommending face shields and masks for all staff and students; the transport of students with 40 percent of the district’s parents being able to take their children to and/or from school each day; and limiting visitors in and out of the school buildings are just a few of them.
