HARDIN COUNTY – Well, winter is over, and there is, so far, only speculation about how much money was saved.
One thing was for sure, Eldora’s was a state of the art winter – at least as far as the Hardin County Courthouse is concerned. It marked the first run-through for a lot of big upgrades in the old building’s utilities.
But because every winter is unique, it is too early to make a precise judgment on how much was saved by the introduction of so much state of the art in utility services at the county courthouse.
