An Ackley man has received a suspended prison sentence and an extended no contact order after his conviction for lascivious acts with a minor.
Hemi Alyn James Mcstockard, 18, of Ackley, has received a five-year suspended suspense as well as a court order to stay away from the minor for five years along with being placed on the sex offender registry and a fine of $1,025 and a $250 civil penalty.
