IOWA FALLS - Assault and interference with official acts charges have been filed
against a man who led a foot pursuit in Iowa Falls after allegedly kicking a woman in the
face.
The Iowa Falls Police Department responded to the 300 block of East Elm Street
Saturday at 8:19 p.m. for a reported assault.
The victim said Kuemper Keith-Edwin Chaplin, 18, of Iowa Falls, threw an object at her
and then kicked her in the face.
