A Class “D” felony charge of enticement has been filed against Hemi Alyn James McStockard, 18, after he allegedly took part in a SnapChat conversation with an 11-year-old girl.
McStocakrd was arrested July 10 after he allegedly took part in an online conversation with the girl, which included inappropriate messages along with an invitation to engage in sexual contact with the defendant, according to court records.
