A man facing four felony sex charges is free after being arrested on a warrant but must comply with conditions.
Jakyb Alijah Kapp, 20, is charged with Class “B” felony sexual abuse - second degree, Class “”C” felony sexual abuse - third degree, Class “C” felony lascivious acts and a Class “D” felony for enticing a minor.
He was arrested back in January and has entered a plea of not guilty.
A pre-trial conference was set for May 20 with a bench warrant issued the next day after Kapp missed a court appearance.
