Plans for a single provider for trash service in Eldora are going ahead.

Right now, the plan is for the service to be in place July 1.
A cheaper rate for many residents and consistent enforcement are key points cited by city officials.
Additionally, a housing survey last year saw more code compliance as a common theme raised by residents.
Knight Sanitation is planned as the provider for a five-year term.
A rate of $15.50 is being proposed.
