Maintain small town charm

We purchased our home in Eldora in 2018 and moved in during August of that year.
Upon moving to this quaint little town, often referred to as a city, we found a population of approximately 3,000 inhabiting just over 1,300 households. Even to this day, I haven’t explored every corner of town.
I've noticed many houses for sale, some likely victims of the tornado that struck the area shortly before our arrival, in need of repairs.
Overall, the town is kept neat, and any unsightliness is quickly addressed.
