The North Iowa Cedar League (NICL) has released their All-Conference teams for the NICL West, naming AGWSR junior Josie Kuper as the division’s Outstanding Player and Grundy Center’s Matt Lindeman as the Coach of the Year.
Kuper, a First Team Unanimous selection, averaged 15.1 ppg, 10.9 rpg, two blocks and two steals a game as she helped lead the Cougars to 5-3 record against NICL West opponents. The Cougars’ post was second in scoring in the NICL West with 347 points and second in total rebounds (250). Kuper was also named to the Class 1A North Central All-District team.
