A man originally picked up on Highway 20 back in August
and found with methamphetamine and burglary tools is back
in custody.
Robert Lahue, Jr., 47, of Cedar Rapids, was originally
stopped Aug. 29, 2023.
Multiple small baggies that had a crystal-like substance
were allegedly found in his vehicle, along with burglary tools
and a black ski mask under his seat.
Trial had been set for Jan. 4, but Lahue skipped a pre-trial
