The Eldora-New Providence Board of Education will be discussing just where to go from here as a bond issue has failed despite most voters supporting the idea.
With 58 percent of voters backing the bond, the measure failed to clear the 60-percent threshold needed to pass as 517 votes for it came up against 375 votes against in unofficial results.
Support was up 13 percent from last time in September 2022.
