The Friends of Pine Lake State Park and patrons of the nature preserve have a lot to be excited about.
Springtime brings new growth, warmer temperatures and longer days. Plants find themselves in an early and flourishing stage of development. Flowers are blooming. Birds are sending out their tweets and twitters for a private tryst in the trees. This entire phenomenon is apparent at Pine Lake State Park, a beautiful place to experience nature.
