Braxton Lu was the top finisher for South Hardin boys tennis at last Wednesday’s North Iowa Cedar League tennis tournament at Byrnes Park in Waterloo.
Lu placed fourth at No. 2 singles behind champion Patrick Underwood of Columbus, runner-up Adam Maske of Aplington-Parkersburg and Sloan Klar of Grundy Center.
Landon Rewoldt was sixth at No. 1 singles. Lu and Rewoldt were sixth at No. 1 doubles.
Aplington-Parkersburg won the team title; Waterloo Columbus finished as runners-up.
