ELDORA – The Hardin County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing in reference to two ordinances at their April 6 meeting – Ordinance 1 and Ordinance 40.
“Ordinance 1 is just the process in which we go about adopting and publishing ordinance changes and those things,” Supervisor Chair BJ Hoffman said. “We’ll consider changing this today in hopes of being more parallel to the state code.”
Hoffman said that Ordinance 40 is in regards to commercial energy production. “Windmills on the tax revenues and the percent,” Supervisor Lance Granzow added.
