Franny’s back: Local author adds new book to series

ELDORA – Steamboat Rock native Bailey Primus has just added another story about Franny to her Friendly Valley Children’s Books series. Franny Makes Maple Syrup follows her other books: Franny Goes to Town, Franny Does the Chores, Franny Finds a Dog and Franny’s Christmas Caper.

Franny Makes Maple Syrup is about just that - a young girl making maple syrup for the first time. Primus not only writes her books, but she does all of the illustrations, as well.

The idea for Franny came from “living,” she laughed. “The first one was from what I used to do when I was little.”
