ELDORA - A couple of issues with Eldora’s 11th Avenue reconstruction project were highlighted at last Tuesday night’s meeting of the Eldora City Council.
A small group of property owners, who are facing special street assessments, unsuccessfully sought some forbearance on their levies, while the council decided they might need to spread the street project over two summers instead of one.
Only three affected property owners spoke. Over 40 are subject to assessments and all are owners of properties along the construction route.
