ELDORA - When the Eldora-New Providence schools put out the invitation for bids on the big interior remodel of the district’s elementary school, hopes were that 12 weeks of work would fit easily into the summer school break. As it turns out, the summer is wide open.
Bidders on the project were few, and those who did bid offered their service only at a premium the district couldn’t accept.
