ELDORA – Property owners along 11th Avenue between St. Paul Lutheran Church and the Hardin County Fairgrounds, are being invited to a meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 8. There they can learn what will be their share of the costs of street reconstruction along their frontages. The meeting will be held at the Eldora Fire Station to accommodate what is expected to be a sizable crowd.
Over 40 properties will be involved.
