Mesch receives 4-H award

ELDORA - The cattle business and 4-H have been two constants for Connie Mesh, and Hardin County 4-H recognized both during the 4-H Awards Banquet, surprising Mesch of Eldora with one of its “alumni awards” during ceremonies conducted by the county youth group’s association. Mesch has spent a life in both endeavors, cattle and 4-H. It included a childhood on a family farm, followed by life long exposure to the cattle business, and by virtue of it, a tie to the youth group. It goes back to fourth grade.
