ELDORA - A 10-year daycare collaboration between the City of Eldora and the Eldora-New Providence School District is winding down and working out just about the way both parties wanted it to. Meaning, uneventfully.
That partnership ends this fall when the city formally passes its small remaining share of ownership in the Eldora Children’s Center to the school district – for what will likely be a small final fee.
The school takes ownership of the structure after a decade participating in what’s essentially been a lease-to-own agreement with City Hall.
