ELDORA – During the Sept. 8 Hardin County Board of Supervisors meeting, Evan DelVal of ISG Engineering made a lengthy presentation to the supervisors about his company, and their expertise in pipeline inspections. He also said he would submit a letter of engagement to the board.
As of the Sept. 15 supervisors meeting, DelVal had not responded. Because of this, the board decided to go with Clapsaddle-Garber Associates (CGA), who had also expressed an interest in being the pipeline inspectors.
