ELDORA – “Public comment will return in coming weeks.” That was a statement made by Hardin County Board of Supervisors Chair BJ Hoffman at last Wednesday’s meeting.
Hoffman said he was working with Hardin County Attorney Darrell Meyer and Randy Evans and “the new procedure will be posted online and a copy will be available in the Auditor’s office.” This follows an Aug. 18 decision to take away the public comment section of the supervisors meeting in an effort to make public comment “productive for everyone.”
The new form reads:
