Supervisors continue talks on mowing, baling

ELDORA – The topic of baling hay in private ditches came up again at the July 7 Hardin County Board of Supervisors meeting under the agenda item Revocation of County Mowing/Baling in the Right-of-Way Permit(s).

Rural Hardin County resident Donna Juber questioned whether an ordinance was going to be presented for approval, and Supervisor Chair BJ Hoffman stated that the people who have received permits have already gone through the proper channels and the “current permits (to cut and bale) will stand.”
